About Highland Reiki Healing
I am a Reiki practitioner based in Donegal. After many years as a touring, professional singer, I became interested in the healing power of sound and energy work.
I have trained in sound therapy, soul resolution therapy and am attuned to Reiki Practitioner level.
Reiki healing offers numerous benefits for both the body and mind. This Japanese practice uses gentle touch and energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate healing. It can provide relief from pain, improve sleep quality, boost the immune system.
Reiki also helps to release emotional blockages and promotes clarity of mind, allowing for better decision-making and a greater sense of inner peace.
In my sessions I am to create a safe and judgement-free space where individuals reconnect with their inner strength and intuition to take charge of their own healing journey and foster personal growth.

Distance Reiki Healing
Distance Reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere and at any time—though permission should be invoked or received in some way. I'll perform distance reiki healing using a personalised healing crystal grid over an online session (skipe or zoom), or perform one independently and send a report.

Sound Healing Session (60 min)

sound healing session with Chakra Tuning Forks. By using sound frequencies and vibrations, this therapy can help to balance and realign the body's energy centres, enhancing overall well-being to achieve physical, mental, and emotional harmony.
